Ellé is an ARTI certified Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapist dedicated to helping individuals conquer challenges and embrace life to its fullest potential. With a strong academic background, including a 1st class honours BSc and ongoing pursuit of an MSc in Clinical Pain Management, Ellé brings a patient-focused, personalised approach to her practice.

Drawing from extensive experience across various sporting populations, including GAA, Rugby, and American Football, Ellé has honed her skills and works as Lead Athletic Therapist for the Offaly Senior Football. Here expertise extends internationally, having worked in the field with American Football athletes in the USA.

Passionate about promoting health and optimising performance, she integrates her knowledge and patients focused approach into her practice. Her commitment to ongoing professional development and love of education drives tailored treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through dance, the gym and takes any opportunity to travel. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, aiming to enhance athletic performance, or seeking relief from pain, Ellé is here to support you on your journey to optimise your health
